In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "ske999" refers to the online casino and sportsbook service operated at https://ske999.club, including all sub-pages, features, games, APIs, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, browses, or uses the ske999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal, non-transferable gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on ske999.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's ske999 account for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit funds credited to a Player's account under a specific ske999 promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money or bonus-balance stake placed by a Player on any casino game, live dealer game, sports market, or other betting product available on ske999.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process carried out by ske999 prior to authorising any withdrawal from a Player's account.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which ske999 accounts are denominated for Pakistan-based Players.

By completing the ske999 registration process, clicking "I Agree" to these Terms during onboarding, accessing your account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the ske999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing ske999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In the event that you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ske999 platform.

ske999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the ske999 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are eligible to register and use ske999 only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ske999 enforces a hard 21+ minimum age requirement across all real-money features without exception.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing ske999 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction in which ske999 is not authorised to operate.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of ske999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have obtained prior written approval from ske999's compliance team.
• You have not previously had an ske999 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

To access real-money features on ske999, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your ske999 account:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active ske999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information — including a false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ske999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ske999 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify ske999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account non-transferability: Your ske999 account is strictly personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

ske999 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any PKR withdrawal. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and non-negotiable. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or at ske999's discretion at any time during your account's lifetime.

Standard KYC documentation requirements for Pakistan-based Players include:

• A clear copy of your valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet confirming your name matches your CNIC).
• Additional documentation may be requested at ske999's discretion, including a recent utility bill, bank statement, or selfie with CNIC, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

ske999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, place a hold on a Player's balance, or close an account if KYC documentation is not provided within 14 days of the request, or if the documentation provided is deemed unsatisfactory or inconsistent with the information provided at registration.

All financial transactions on ske999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by Pakistan-based Players:

• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed within three minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ske999 account.
• Withdrawal processing: Same-business-day processing applies to verified account withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed inside your ske999 account dashboard at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
• Source of funds: All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will result in the refund of the deposit and potential account review.
• Currency conversion: ske999 Pakistan accounts transact exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated transactions.

ske999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all ske999 bonus offers unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your ske999 account are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new registrations only or to eligible existing Players as specified.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per CNIC, per device, and per IP address.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse: ske999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — is detected or suspected.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the ske999 platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the ske999 platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ske999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except as explicitly permitted under applicable game or sport rules.
• ske999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error, regardless of whether the wager has settled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, ske999's decision — based on its own records, official result sources, and game provider logs — shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the ske999 platform at the time of wagering.
• ske999 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of related bets at its discretion, particularly where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and are not influenced by ske999 or its staff.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ske999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one ske999 account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format available on ske999.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or data feed inconsistencies to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds or to trigger unintended game states.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity through your ske999 account.
• Accessing ske999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ske999 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the ske999 platform — including but not limited to the ske999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ske999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ske999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any ske999 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any ske999 software; use the ske999 brand or logo in any context without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any ske999 intellectual property.

ske999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ske999.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ske999 Privacy Policy in full.

ske999 uses your personal data — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, device data, and transaction history — for the following purposes: account creation and management, identity verification and KYC compliance, anti-money laundering monitoring, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and (with your consent) marketing communications.

ske999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

ske999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment for all Pakistani players, and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and resources that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified ske999 account holders directly inside the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your ske999 account.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your ske999 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended to 5 years or permanently upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ske999, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ske999 platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether or not ske999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ske999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ske999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or acts of government.

In no event shall ske999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the ske999 platform exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ske999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• A request by the Player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon permanent account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), ske999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, pending promotions, and — in cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering — real-money balances, pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

ske999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, or liability provisions — ske999 will publish a notice on the platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

For non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, ske999 may update these Terms without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ske999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using ske999 before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ske999's operating jurisdiction. ske999 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence, the details of which are available upon request from the ske999 compliance team.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ske999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the ske999 customer support channel at [email protected]. ske999 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by ske999's licensing authority. ske999 will cooperate fully with any such process.
